Dutchess County Chiefs Council 2008 Officers
President Chuck Tuttle The President Shall preside at all meetings of the Chiefs Council and Board of Directors, shall preserve decorum, shall call special meetings and shall see that all laws and regulations are strictly enforced. The President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees and shall appoint the chairman of all standing and special committees.
Vice President Tom Jackson The Vice-President shall act in the absence or inability of the President.
Secretary Tom O'Gorman The Secretary shall perform all duties normal to such office, keep a record of the minutes of the Chiefs Council and the Board of Directors, take roll call of all Agencies represented at the meetings and determine quorum, attend to all correspondence of this office and provide a copy of the minutes to all member departments.
Treasurer Aaron Sherer The Treasurer shall receive all money due the Chiefs Council, shall pay all bills on order of the council, shall submit a monthly report and a complete written report at the annual meeting in January.
Board of Directors; Mike Macak, Rich Yeno, Rich Giuliani, & Jeff Pells The Duties of the Board of Directors shall be to consider any questions affecting the welfare of the Chiefs Council, and to make recommendations to the Council. In case of emergency, the Directors shall have the power to act for the welfare of the Chiefs Council. Such actions shall be biding to the Chiefs Council. |
